知识管理，图书情报学应做些什么？

  摘要 以文献计量方法对国内外知识管理领域的研究状况进行了分析，并对进行知识管理研究的三个主要学科——图书情报学科、经济与管理学科、计算机学科的国内外知识管理研究状况作了比较分析，指出图书情报学对知识管理研究的重点和方向。

Knowledge Management, Which Field Belongs to Library and Information Science?

  Abstract：The paper analyzed the research status quo of knowledge management at home and abroad with the help of bibliometrics, based on which three main research areas on knowledge management such as library and information science, economics and management, computer science were found and compared. According to the comparative analysis, the paper points out what the library and information science should do on knowledge management in the future.

图书馆学学科知识地图的构建

  摘要 简要介绍了知识地图的概念及构建方法，通过对CSSCI 2003-2005年数据的统计分析，构建了图书馆学关键词关联图、学科专家知识地图、学科交叉图等学科知识地图，并提出了应用聚类分析来构建图书馆学关键词聚类树状图的方法。

“知识资源”不是图书馆学的研究对象
——试评柯平的“知识资源论”

  摘要 “知识资源论”认为，图书馆学的研究对象是“知识资源”。但由于其所指“知识资源”的内涵和外延都很宽泛，远远超出了图书馆的范畴，所以“知识资源论”仍未揭示出图书馆的本质，“知识资源”仍不是图书馆学的研究对象。但该“对象说”是图书馆学研究对象“近似本质说”的最新成果，对未来图书馆学研究具有参考价值。

网络知识组织系统表示语言：SKOS

  摘要 网络知识组织系统（NKOS）可用于网络信息资源的组织和检索，弥补目前基于文本匹配的组织检索系统的缺陷。简单知识组织系统（SKOS）是W3C于2004年发布的新的网络知识组织系统表示语言，尽管目前还处于不成熟的发展阶段，但它的简单易用、适用范围广等优越性已经引起广泛注意；同样，SKOS作为W3C推荐的受控词表的表示标准，在促进受控词表的实际应用等方面有着非同寻常的意义。该文在NKOS的背景下详细介绍SKOS标准，并简单分析SKOS与其他知识组织系统表示语言的差异，然后举例部分SKOS现有应用，最后对SKOS及NKOS的应用加以展望。

Networked Knowledge Organization System—SKOS

  Abstract：Networked Knowledge Organization System (NKOS) can be used in network information organization and retrieval to make up shortcomings of current textualbased system. Simple Knowledge Organization System (SKOS) is a new NKOS representation language published by W3C in 2004, and although it is still immature and under development, it has been paid great attention to and SKOS-based application is emerging because of its superior feature such as simple, convenience and wide accepted, etc. Also, as the W3C recommended standard for controlled vocabulary representation, SKOS will significantly promote the use of controlled vocabulary, as well as other aspects. This paper gives a detailed introduction to SKOS with a background of NKOS, and briefly analyzes the difference between SKOS and other NKOS languages, and then illustrates some SKOS-based application. At last, it makes some preview of the NKOS-based, as well as SKOS-based applications.

用传统分类表与叙词表编制Taxonomy的理论可行性研究

  摘要 Taxonomy 概念可以理解为一个用于支持浏览功能的、基于某一特定环境或领域的概念等级体系。它由等级结构和主题词两个基本元素组成，在形式上结合了分类法和叙词表的特点，为用传统分类法和叙词表编制Taxonomy提供了理论可能性。但由于分类法、叙词表和Taxonomy在性质与功能上均有不同之处，在利用传统分类法和叙词表编制Taxonomy过程中会遇到一些问题，首先，分类法和叙词表在主题范覆盖范围方面可能满足不了Taxonomy的要求；其次，分类法和叙词表的两个基本元素，等级结构和主题词在多大程度上可被利用，有待进一步实证。另外，如何将环境因素结合到Taxonomy类表中，是个有待补充的问题。

On the Feasibility of Building Taxonomies by Using
General Knowledge Organization Tools

  Abstract：This paper aims at exploring the possibility and constraints of using general knowledge organization tools to build taxonomies. At a conceptual level, taxonomies can be considered as a combination of features of classifications schemes and thesauri. This builds the theoretical basis of using classification schemes and thesauri to build taxonomies. However, taxonomies and classification schemes and thesauri are essentially different knowledge organization tools. They differ in subject coverage, hierarchical structure and labels. Therefore, the effectiveness of these general knowledge organization tools for building taxonomies needs to be further demonstrated.

数字图书馆门户的构建与服务

  摘要 针对当前数字图书馆建设中亟需整合海量资源和数字化服务，以便为用户提供更为准确、方便、快捷的学术信息服务的需求，概括国外数字图书馆门户的建设情况，论述了数字图书馆服务及其门户的定义、定位、功能要素、内容结构、特点、设计原则及其服务运行等内容，并结合北京大学数字图书馆的建设案例进行了分析，为这方面的发展提供了参考。

Research of Electronic Reserves System and Its Design Based on JSP

Abstract： This paper firstly defines electronic reserves system and then analyzes its status quo at both home and aboard. It also introduces the functions and features of the system and then gives out a design of an electronic reserves system with JSP plus Java Bean. This system uses threetier architecture where user interface layer is apart from business logic layer. The user interface is designed by JSP and business logic is embedded in the Java Beans, thus highly improving the safety, maintenance, reusability and expansibility of the system.

基于开源软件的RSS聚合门户建设研究

摘要 首先对RSS聚合门户的概念进行了界定，并结合实际案例对基于开放源码的RSS聚合门户建设进行了具体的分析研究，指出RSS聚合门户将是图书馆学科信息服务的一种有效形式。

随着Blog和Wiki在互联网上的蓬勃发展，RSS作为使用XML描述和同步网站内容的格式，正在逐渐被人们所熟知。作为一种新型的信息服务方式， RSS具有信息定制、信息推送和信息聚合等功能。RSS提供了结构化的数据描述，数据定义统一，用户可以根据自己的需要选择合适的RSS资讯频道，通过使用RSS聚合软件进行定制，定期收取并阅读最新的文章消息。

我国图书馆学研究生教育现状调查与分析（上）

摘要 通过问卷的形式，对我国图书馆学研究生教育进行了比较详细的调查。调查内容涉及到入学考试、研究方向、授课方式、考试形式、课程设置、学术交流、导师对学生的指导、毕业论文的选题与撰写、就业取向以及科研成果等16个方面。根据调查统计的结果，经过数据分析，对目前我国图书馆学研究生教育提出一些建议。

The Investigation and Analysis of Graduated Education of Library Science in China

Abstract： Through questionnaire survey, the authors investigate in detail the graduated education of library science in China. The content of investigation involves examination of enrollment, study direction, mode of teaching, mode of examination, courses setting, academic communication, instruction of tutors, subject selection of dissertation and its writing, tropism of obtain employment, and production of scientific research. According to the outcome of survey, the authors put forward some advices to graduated education of Library Science in China through data analysis.

美国大学图书馆合作书库PASCAL建设研究

摘要 自上个世纪末开始，美国部分高校图书馆在校外联合建设合作书库，有效地缓解了馆藏资源的膨胀与书库面积不断萎缩的矛盾。该文主要介绍了美国大学图书馆合作书库PASCAL的建设与发展，讨论了PASCAL合作书库产生的背景、选书的程序、财产的归属、图书借阅的流程等问题。图书馆间建立具有一定规模的合作书库，对我国的图书馆建设也具有一定的参考意义。

近代中国教会大学图书馆文献收藏特点分析（下）

摘要 教会大学图书馆是近代中国图书馆事业的重要组成部分，其文献收藏丰富而有特色，主要表现在：西文文献收藏多，流通量大；自办出版物及教职人员撰写的著作占一定比例；文理书刊兼收并蓄，馆藏各具特色；珍善本及特色收藏颇负盛名；捐赠及各类交流数量众多。

Analysis of the Literature Collection Development in Modern
Chinese Christian University libraries

Abstract： As an important part of modern Chinese library profession, the literature collections in Church University libraries were very plentiful and characterized. The collections were mainly manifested as rich western literature with large circulation, certain percentage of self-published and works composed by faculty and books of both arts and science. Each librarys collection was of its own feature. Rare book, original book and feature collection were well know. Donation and various communication literature was abundant.

我国专业类国外核心期刊的动态评价与分析

摘要 分析了国外专业类核心期刊的特点，利用网络数据库对国内部分图书馆专业类期刊的馆藏现状进行了统计研究，结果表明，我国国外专业类核心期刊的订购品种比较齐全，具有地区集中、在线期刊数量增加、共享需求明显等特征，并就外文期刊协调与共享过程中可能存在的问题进行了探讨。

Evaluation and Analysis on the Overseas Professional Core Periodicals

Abstract： This paper attempts to review and analyze features of overseas professional core periodicals. Statistical analysis based on network databases is conducted on the collection status of the periodicals in Chinese libraries. The result indicates that though categories of professional core periodicals in China are relatively complete, they are regional concentrated. Research finds the increase in the number of electronic journals, and sharing of overseas periodicals with a salient feature of demand, account for a high rate of access. This paper also discusses coordination and sharing problems of overseas periodicals.

现代信息服务中的抱怨管理及其博弈分析

摘要 结合计算机通讯和数据库技术，讨论分析了现代信息服务中的抱怨管理问题，提出了在现代信息服务中如何正确有效地处理顾客的抱怨的一系列过程、方法及其架构。同时针对信息服务中抱怨管理特点的分析，研究了内外部环境，特别是规章制度对现代信息服务和抱怨管理的主要影响，建立了信息服务中抱怨管理博弈的一般模型，为信息服务研究开辟了一个新方向。

Complaining Management and Game Analysis in the Modern Information Service

Abstract： Combining with computer and database technology, the paper discusses the complaining management in the modern information service and advanced the procedure, techniques and frameworks of processing customers complaining effectively. At the same time, based on the characteristic analysis on the complaining management, it studies the bylaw effects on the modern information service and the complaining management. It also sets up a general game model of the complain management and opens up a new direction for the information service study.

A Review on the Shan Dong University Ancient Book Catalog

Abstract： The Shan Dong University Ancient Book Catalog is one of the first-class works among the ancient book catalogs. The entries of every title recoded in the catalog are completed and perfect. By reading the entries of a title, the reader can get a full view of the book cataloged. The catalog has indexes on author, subject, stamps and etc., which benefit readers greatly. The catalog is a professional and readable work, for it is written in a rigorous scientific approach and a pithy style.

华东师范大学闵行校区图书馆

华东师范大学闵行校区位于上海市闵行区紫竹科技园区，南临黄浦江，西与上海交通大学毗邻。闵行校区图书馆于2004年5月28日打下第一根桩，2004年10月18日奠基，2006年8月竣工，2006年9月4日试开馆，历时两年。
图书馆矗立在闵行校区中轴线上，是学校的标志性建筑，由两栋建筑连接构成。主楼十二层，高52米,裙楼地下一层，地面五层，两栋楼之间有连廊，建筑面积约39558平方米。
主楼是圆筒形状，象征着卷起来的竹简，裙楼象征着一方展开的砚台，两栋楼中间的连廊象征着一支笔，充分体现了华东师范大学浓厚的文化底蕴和图书馆丰富的馆藏。
裙楼是宽敞明亮的大开间，每一层建筑面积约5000平方米。设有图书借阅、报刊阅览、各类型研究室等；主楼设有电子阅览室、多媒体视听阅览室、古籍阅览室等。
自2006年9月闵行新校区图书馆建成开放起，实行一校两区两馆的管理模式。闵行校区图书馆成为华东师范大学图书馆总馆，中山北路校区图书馆成为分馆。目前，图书馆开放的服务功能有图书借还、新书阅览、报刊阅览、参考咨询、读者培训、电子阅览、自助复印等，每周开放时间为96小时。随着学校的整体规划， 2007年秋，研究生搬迁到闵行校区后，图书馆将进一步合理分配资源，合理布局馆藏，兼顾两校区图书馆的管理和服务，闵行校区图书馆的服务功能将更加完善。

中文工具书体系的承袭与发展

第五次全国图书馆学基础理论研讨会征文通知

中国图书馆学会图书馆学理论研究专业委员会计划于2007年秋季举办第五次全国图书馆学基础理论研讨会（地点待定），专题讨论图书馆学理念与体系的相关问题。现发出征文通知如下：
